Well, I was hoping that somebody would appear to clear up the confusion I was having. Yet while you casually dismiss the problem as a "pseudo-problem" you, rather than telling us _why_, digress into an account of some cultural theories- mostly Cartesian as are Lacan and Levi-Strauss (well, sometimes instead of isolated minds we have isolated signifiers, but its all the same) whose relationship to IS theory is not made quite clear. I would appreciate it if you'd tell us why the problem is a pseudo-problem, and give a clearer account of the rest of what you are saying.
