To the extent that I understand them Gestalt like field theories tend to understand the context in almost "objective" terms. That is they try to describe it as it would be seen from a non-contextual view, as inevitable etc. Whereas the intersubjective emphasis as I understand it is more concerned with the constructed nature of the matrix and hence its being prone to distortions of all kinds.
