Well, my friend sent me a couple of books: _Emotional Understanding_, Donna Orange, and _The Intersubjective Perspective_, Stolorow, Atwood, & Brandchaft. I take back 99.9% of what I said: this stuff rocks.
My only caveat: the "Thining Contextualy" article on this site is too abstract, I would say. It tries to do too much in too short a space, thus acomplishing little but creating misunderstanding for anyone both an initiate. I'd say, pick one essay that has more body to it, even if it is seemingly limited. Go for depth over bredth.
But, bottom line, disregard my former post. I'm off to do some more reading in these wonderful books....
