You have described exactly what I am going through. In the week preceeding my period I will look for excuses to argue with my boyfriend, make a big deal of little things and feel depressed. I will have cravings for junk food, my face will feel hot and a few nights before I won't sleep well. I basically turn into a monster the week before my period and then when it starts I can't remember what I was arguing about or why I kicked up a fuss, it all seems a bit of a blurr. I feel dreadful for being horrible to everyone but I can't help it. There are herbal remedies that help like evening primrose oil and eating more fruit and veg rather than junk foods will improve mood swings. The only other thing that can help is having someone patient to be therefore you, I get scared that one of these days my boyfriend won't beable to tolerate it much longer. It definately does exist and can have a major impact on the quality of life you lead. Take Care x
