I am not a doctor, scientist or journalist but for three days every month I become irrational, depressed and feel like the world is about to end. My Doctor has prescribed Vit B6 and evening primrose oil and believes that I display symtoms of PMS, for me there is no other alternative answer so yes I do believe it exists, you are very lucky if you have no need to assume it does!!
