I have taken care of my mother who died of cancer over two years ago and the last several years I have been taking care of my father in his home. He was in the hospital for over six days and then came home, I had the doctor order a home health company to help my father and myself with his in home care. After the frist six months the home health was stopped and my father discharged,after a month the doctor re-started home health and after four weeks, I understand that I have abused my father and neglected him because the home health nurse said I refused to buy my father a box of crackers. That is true and I am on a very limited budget and have provided food and money plus time for over two and a half years. I stopped talking about my father and wanted others in the family to take control and assitances in his care. I have never abused my father or neglected him and I feel really hurt over these simple actions. In fact I want to legally take the home health company to court and they the rest of my family, I really think that families are the most cruel individiuals.
